Mesquite Oasis was created as an RV park and last year we decided to expand to Workforce Housing. We have experience in this field and offer relaxing, unique stays for all of our guests.
We have efficiency units that can be rented weekly or monthly. Our rent includes all utilities, WiFi and cable TV. No deposit required.

We are minutes from HEB, Walmart, pharmacies and many restaurants.
Many restaurants as well as Uber eats deliver to our facilities. Also, 3 minutes to I-20. 10 minutes to Penwell and 40 minutes to Kermit.
We are centrally located in the Permian Basin.
